Customer from abroad?
For orders that are delivered to a third country (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, etc.), the German VAT is not charged.
If the customer has the delivery in Germany and sends it to Switzerland himself, we will reimburse the German VAT shown on the invoice as soon as we have the original customs receipt from the customer.
